Just a little info on hemp seeds and hemp seed oil, in case you wanted to know.

Hemp seeds have been cultivated since ancient times. They provide a source for complete vegetable protein and, when pressed, yield nutritious, emerald colored oil containing the highest overall essential fatty acid (EFA, or vitamin “F”) content in the plant kingdom in an unsaturated form.
